Hotel Sponsorship for NEW BUYERS
Paper Communication Exhibition Services will offer 2 nights hotel accommodation for NEW BUYERS (overseas or outside Guangdong) during exhibition period:
Application Process
| Step 1: |
Complete the Online Application Form and submit to us on or before 31st October 2008. |
| Step 2: |
We will issue you an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER, and official hotel will then contact you directly for RESERVATION. |
| Step 3: |
COLLECT the “HOTEL SPONSORSHIP VOUCHER” IN PERSON at registration counter by presenting the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER and your name card. |
| Step 4: |
PRESENT the “HOTEL SPONSORSHIP VOUCHER” to hotel cashier when you check in. |
Rules and Regulations
- Your company MUST be a NEW BUYER (Overseas or outside Guangdong) for DTC in order to be eligible for the Hotel Sponsorship Offer.
- Each company is entitled to ONE ROOM ONLY.
- This offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Applications without credit card details will not be processed. Hotel will levy RMB 200 charge on your credit card if you do not show up on the specified date.
- PCES reserves the rights to vary the terms & conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice.
- In case of any dispute over the sponsorship programme, the decision of PCES shall be final and binding.
